CANCELLATION POLICY

Our goal at Basin View Chiropractic is to provide the highest level of care to our patients. 

We are a busy multi-disciplinary clinic and do our utmost to ensure that our clinic runs smoothly and efficiently. 

Often, our practitioners will have waitlists of patients waiting for particular appointment times or services. That being said, missed appointments and last-minute cancellations greatly impact our ability to provide exceptional care.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call or email us at least 24 hours in advance. Any appointment missed or cancelled without 24 hours notice is subject to a cancellation fee for the full cost of service.

We offer appointment reminders via text and email to all of our patients 48 and/or 24 hours before your appointment time. Patients are also able to subscribe to their calendar through our scheduling app which will sync with the calendar on their device.

LATE PATIENT POLICY

Again, we take every effort to run on schedule. If you are running late, please call to let us know. We will provide you with a treatment within the remaining scheduled time. However, depending on the time remaining, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.
